FAQ
You Ask & We Answer!
1. What is Inst(Gay)tor?
We are a gay owned and operated matchmaking agency that specializes in providing Coaching, Matchmaking and Singles Event’s specifically to the gay community.
2. Why the name “Insti(Gay)tor”?
In life, we all have obstacles that we need to overcome in order to become successful. Most of those obstacles can be overcome simply by changing the way that you think. In life coaching, we call this “Instigating a change”. We chose to emphasize the “Gay” in Insti(Gay)tor because the majority of our clients are struggling with issues that are specific to gay dating.
3. What makes you different from other Matchmaking Agencies?
Insti(Gay)tor is different because we are the ONLY gay owned and operated matchmaking/coaching agency in Chicago that caters specifically to the gay community. Not only have we studied the playing field, we have lived it.
We cater our services to suit your needs to ensure that we provide you with quality matches!
4. Why are there targeted age groups listed on some of the events?
At Insti(Gay)tor, we strive to provide you with the best services possible. Most of our events are catered to the needs of current clients who have enlisted our team to find them a match. In order to maximize the opportunity, we try to ensure that all attendees are compatible on some level.
For instance, speed dating events tend to result in matches when participants share similar “must haves” and interests. Therefore, we will target and recruit participants based on our current members needs and provide a quality selection rather than pair groups of people who have nothing in common. Our number one goal is to find our clients matches and ensure that everyone enjoys the experience in the process.
5. Can Insti(Gay)tor plan an event based on my needs?
ABSOLUTELY! Insti(Gay)tor sponsors and hosts a minimum of two events per month. We do our best to ensure that our event focus reflect our diverse group of clients. Please feel free to make suggestions to our team. If you are interested in having Insti(Gay)tor plan an event and target participants on your behalf, please contact us via the “Contact Us” page.
